Red Star Aviations excellent Maintenance Officer, Karl Vernon, gives a class on the Turbomeca Marbore jet engine at the Northeast Jet Blast. Karl Kunze was kind enough to let his CASA be decowled so that we all could learn what "all them little mechanical things" are under the hood. Carl Vernon performs all of the routine maintenance for the Red Star fleet, as well as being our selected Flight Instructor for the Fouga CM-170.
